Rob Pickett
6th Grade Teacher
Mr. Pickett teaches 6th Grade Religion, Math and Science here at St. Mary-Basha Catholic School. Previously, he taught at Christ the King Catholic School in Mesa where he was the 5th Grade Homeroom teacher. He also taught Science and 6th – 8th Math. In addition, he was active in the Life Teen and EDGE programs at CTK. Before that, Mr. Pickett was an executive accountant in the hospitality industry.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Denver. He has his Catechist Certification through the Diocese of Phoenix and is working on a Certificate in Youth Ministry from Franciscan University/Life Teen.
Mr. Pickett spends his free time training in the martial arts. In addition, he teaches and trains as a dancer. Mr. Pickett holds 7 World Championship titles on the UCWDC circuit (which includes Ballroom, Country Western and Swing dances.)
