Jessica Thompson

Mrs. Thompson is very happy to teach at St. Mary Basha as a 4th grade teacher.  She has taught several grades from 2nd-6th however 4th is one of her favorites.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts.  She completed her teaching credential at Touro University and has been teaching for 16 years. Mrs. Thompson loves teaching language arts and guiding students to become good writers. She also loves history and uncovering the rich history of the state.  

Mrs. Thompson enjoys celebrating her faith and sharing it with her students.  One of her favorite saints is St. Anthony, who is the patron saint of many things including misplaced items.  As a young child she always prayed to him and it always seemed to work!

Her family includes her husband, two adult children and their cat Cooper. In her spare time she enjoys swimming, hiking and spending time with family.
