Discipline With Purpose

At St. Mary-Basha Catholic School we believe in following a developmental approach to teaching self-discipline utilizing the program Discipline with Purpose

This program teaches students 15 basic self-discipline skills that provide both adults and students a common language to talk about becoming more self-aware. The skills are developmentally appropriate to show how they can relate to one another in a positive manner.

It is our belief that students at SMB are responsible for their own behavior and acting in a Christian like way. Students are to behave in a manner which is morally responsible and brings credit to themselves, their families, and the school. Parental support is an important part of the school’s discipline policy.
